– 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix – 1 ½ cups milk – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Crust:If you're using a store-bought crust, follow the instructions for pre-baking it. If you're making it from scratch, blind bake the crust according to your recipe's instructions and let it cool completely.

Layer the Fruit: – Arrange the sliced bananas in an even layer on the bottom of the pie crust. – Scatter the fresh blueberries over the bananas.

Prepare the Filling: – In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened, following the instructions on the pudding package. – Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and blueberries, spreading it out evenly.

Chill the Pie: – Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, allowing the pudding to set.

Whip the Cream: – In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.

Top the Pie: – Once the pie has chilled and the pudding has set, spread the whipped cream over the top of the pie, covering the pudding layer completely.

Serve: – Slice and serve the pie chilled. Optionally, garnish with additional fresh blueberries or banana slices for a decorative touch.
