Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole 

Ingredients: – 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash brown – 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup diced onion – 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

– 8 large egg – 1 cup milk – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cooked sausage, shredded cheese, diced onion, and diced bell pepper.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture in the baking dish, ensuring that it covers everything evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.

1. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. 2. Serve warm, topped with optional toppings like sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, salsa, or sour cream.
